Dave Farmery

Dave Farmery currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer at VAC AERO International Inc., overseeing operations across Quebec and Ontario, and is responsible for operational strategy, business growth, and financial performance in three key sectors: Vacuum Heat Treatment/Braze, Thermal Sprayed Coatings, and Vacuum Furnace Manufacturing. Previously, Farmery held the positions of Vice President OE Component Manufacturing Sales and Managing Director for MB Aerospace in Poland, and General Manager at Pratt & Whitney Canada’s Poland Service Center, recognized as a global Center of Excellence for turbine engine case repairs. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Smiths Aerospace Components, Air Canada Technical Services, Canadian Airlines Maintenance and Engineering, and GL&V. Farmery's education took place at Mohawk College from 1985 to 1988.
