Joerg Adams is a managing director at Silver Lake and has been on Vacasa’s board of directors since 2019, serving on both the audit and compensation committees. Prior to Silver Lake, Adams held roles at both J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs. Adams also sits on the board of ServiceMax.
