Lucas Kempke

Lucas Kempke, CFA, currently serves as the Director of FP&A at Vacasa since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lucas held the position of Director of Finance & Strategy at ML Crane Group from May 2022 to June 2023. From February 2014 to May 2022, Lucas worked at Goodnight Midstream, first as Director of Finance and previously as Senior Financial Analyst. Lucas also gained experience at Sabre Holdings as a Senior Financial Analyst from October 2011 to February 2014 and served as a Strategy Consultant at Hilton between April 2010 and October 2011. Earlier in the career, Lucas interned at Frontier Investment Banking and worked as a Commercial Credit Analyst at Colonial Bank, as well as a Credit Analyst at North Dallas Bank & Trust. Lucas holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Kansas and a BBA in Finance from Mays Business School - Texas A&M University.
