Mark Henckel

Mark Henckel is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in workers’ compensation and litigation. Currently serving as a Vacation Rental Real Estate Agent at Vacasa since October 2020, Henckel also holds the position of Assistant County Attorney in the Benefits Litigation Unit of the Baltimore County Office of Law, which has been occupied since December 2016. In this role, Henckel manages a substantial caseload, litigating workers’ compensation claims for Baltimore County. Prior experience includes tenure as a Legal Associate at various law firms specializing in workers’ compensation, insurance, and liability from 1998 to 2013. Mark Henckel holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in History from Washington College, and a Pre-licensing degree from the Premier School of Real Estate.
