Oscar Yanez Melendez

Oscar Yanez Melendez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Oscar started their career as a Junior Software Engineer at voomza.com in January 2012, where they worked until August of the same year. Oscar then joined milclases.cl as a Junior Software Engineer in December 2012 and remained there until May 2013.

In May 2013, Oscar co-founded superDT SpA, where they served as a Co-Founder and Lead Engineer until April 2016. Oscar continued their entrepreneurial journey by co-founding Wolkie in April 2016, working as a Co-Founder and Lead Engineer until May 2018.

Following that, Oscar joined 2Brains Chile as a Software Engineer in October 2017 and worked until June 2018. Oscar then joined Cardumen Latam in June 2018 as a Software Engineer, where they worked until January 2019.

Recently, in September 2021, Oscar transitioned into the role of Software Engineering Team Lead at Vacasa, where they lead a team of Software Engineers and collaborates with Product to implement technical solutions for the company.
