Shawn Norris

Shawn Norris is a seasoned real estate and property inspection professional with extensive experience in the Florida Gulf Coast region. Since March 2012, Shawn has served as a Home Inspector at Norris Property Inspections LLC, conducting comprehensive residential and commercial inspections. In addition, Shawn has been a Realtor at ResortQuest Real Estate since December 2009, leveraging deep local knowledge to provide exceptional service in areas such as Destin and Fort Walton Beach. Previous experience includes an Escrow Officer role at Southern Escrow & Title LLC, managing high-volume transactions, and varied management and instructional positions at Sammy Duvall's Watersports at Disney World. Shawn holds a degree in Business from Florida State University and a diploma from Choctawhatchee High School.
