Caroline Shin is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in the hospitality, technology, and investment industries. Caroline is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of Vacatia, where they have played a key role in reinventing the timeshare experience. Caroline is also a Board Member of the American Resort Development Association and the Korean American Community Foundation of San Francisco. Caroline served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Thayer Ventures Acquisition Corporation, a blank check company formed for business combinations. In the past, they have held positions such as an Investor at Woven Holdings, Co-Founder and Chairman at Store Vantage, SVP of Client Management & Flight Operations at Sentient Flight Group, and Corporate Director of Pricing and CRM at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Caroline was also a Product Lead and Architect at Hotwire.com and worked as an Internet and Start-Up Consultant at Scient. With their extensive experience across various industries, Caroline brings valuable insights and expertise to their work.

Caroline Shin attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (S.B.) degree in Nuclear Engineering.
