Jeremy Cheung

Jeremy Cheung has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Jeremy is currently working as the Group Financial Controller at Vaccitech since October 2022. Prior to this, Jeremy served as the Head of Finance UK and Ireland at UCB from June 2020 to November 2022 and also worked as the Middle Office/FP&A UK Lead at UCB from July 2020 to June 2022.

Before joining UCB, Jeremy held the position of Finance Manager at Travelport from June 2018 to July 2020. Jeremy also worked as the Financial Reporting Manager at Genus PLC from January 2017 to June 2018.

Earlier in their career, Jeremy gained valuable experience working at Royal Dutch Shell as a Financial Accountant from February 2016 to December 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Group Reporting Accountant at BG Group from November 2014 to February 2016.

Jeremy began their career at Avis Budget Group (UK), where they worked as a Financial Accountant from November 2012 to October 2014. Jeremy initially started their professional journey at Crowe Clark Whitehill, where they worked as an Audit Senior from September 2009 to September 2012.

Jeremy Cheung has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Leeds, which they obtained between 2005 and 2008. Jeremy later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics from the University of Warwick between 2008 and 2009. In November 2012, Jeremy obtained the ACA certification from ICAEW.
