Carly Hicks possesses extensive experience in the events and catering industry, currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as General Catering Manager at Vacherin since August 2015. Prior to this role, Carly held the positions of General Manager and Banqueting Operations Manager at Searcys from December 2011 to August 2015, where responsibilities included managing events at the Barbican Centre, Europe’s largest multi-arts center. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Events at Compass Group from June 2008 to January 2011, overseeing the events team at the Oval cricket ground, and participating in a College Program at Disneyland Resort in 2007. Carly earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Events Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2004 to 2008.
