Iain Parker

Iain Parker is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Development Chef at Vacherin since March 2024, Iain has previously held the positions of Development Chef and Executive Chef at Lexington Catering from September 2021 to February 2024. Iain's earlier career includes significant roles at ISS Facility Services UK as Hospitality & Retail Head Chef and Fortnum & Mason as Senior Sous Chef. Additional experiences span multiple establishments, where Iain progressed through ranks from Junior Sous Chef to Senior Chef Partie. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of Northampton and The Leys School, culminating in AS, A2, and GCSE qualifications.
