Dean Porreca

Dean Porreca has a diverse work experience in various roles. Dean started their career as a Sales Marketing Intern at Ice House America in 2018. Dean then worked as a Construction Loan Processor at SNAP.BUILD from June 2018 to March 2019. Following that, they joined Modis as a National IT Recruiter from March 2019 to January 2020, where they focused on identifying qualified IT candidates and building candidate pipelines. Currently, they are working at Vaco as an Associate Director, Recruiting, Internal Technology. In this role, they recruit for various IT positions, utilizes LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to connect with candidates, trains and mentors other recruiters, and collaborates with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Dean also successfully places candidates and builds relationships with hiring managers and account managers.
