MacKy Weaver

Macky Weaver is an experienced business professional currently serving as Managing Director at Vaco since May 2021 and at Alluvion Staffing since September 2014. Previous roles include Executive Vice President of Business Development at FHM Insurance Company from July 2013 to September 2014, as well as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Executive Director of Corporate Sponsorship for the Jacksonville Jaguars from May 1994 to February 2013. Macky started a career in sales at Mac Papers from March 1988 to November 1992 and interned at Alliance Mortgage from 1984 to 1987. Macky holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Georgia and completed the Executive Program at Stanford University's Graduate Business School in 1994.
