Timothy Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment and military operations. Currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at Vaco since November 2021, Timothy has a background that includes roles at Microsoft and Ford Motor Company, where expertise in talent acquisition was honed. Timothy's military career spans over 15 years with the U.S. Coast Guard, where positions included Military Officer, Recruiter, and Electronics Technician. Additionally, a prior position as an Inventory Management Specialist with the United States Marine Corps provided valuable logistics and management experience. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Coastal Carolina University.
