Manoj Kumar Rebba has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries.

Manoj Kumar began their career as an Industrial Training Intern at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, where they received professional training in a steel manufacturing facility and gained knowledge in manufacturing processes and industrial operations.

After their internship, they worked as a Senior Engineering Intern at DRDO, Centre for Airborne Systems, where they were involved in the design and structural analysis of Spiral Helix Radome and modeling a stronger version of a honeycomb radome using Dassault/SolidWorks software.

Manoj Kumar then joined Aramark as a Student Assistant, where they worked with a crew to ensure customer satisfaction.

During their time at Wayne State University, Manoj served as a Student Assistant for the Housing Operations, where they performed front desk duties, and as a Graduate Student Teaching Assistant for the Lean Operations and Management coursework. As a Teaching Assistant, they assisted the professor and graded assignments and quizzes while providing guidance to students.

Manoj Kumar then worked at SAI Systems as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, where they contributed to a project focused on improving the productivity of pipe laying operations. Manoj Kumar developed and implemented a dashboard system for data analytics and conducted root cause analysis to achieve operational efficiency.

Manoj continued to expand their career as a Quality Engineer at Quality Metalcraft, Inc., where they led cross-functional teams in process and product improvements to meet key process indicators and ensured the achievement of level 3 BIQS and IATF certification. Manoj Kumar also prepared PPAP packages and conducted failure mode analysis throughout the lifecycle of the program.

Their most recent role was as a Quality Engineer at Danfoss Power Solutions, where they led root cause analysis with cross-functional teams, drove corrective actions, and created 8D reports for field failures of electric motors, controllers, and transmissions. Manoj Kumar also managed calibration activities, reducing calibration costs by 25% through vendor collaboration and process standardization according to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 guidelines.

Now, in 2022, Manoj is a Quality Engineer at Vacuum Engineering & Materials, where they are currently employed.

Manoj Kumar Rebba completed their education in a chronological order. From 2011 to 2015, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Afterward, from 2015 to 2017, they enrolled in Wayne State University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Manufacturing Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Manoj also earned several certifications. In November 2017, they obtained the IATF16949 Internal Auditor certification from the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center. In September 2017, they acquired certifications in 8D Problem Solving Tools, Root Cause Analysis & Reporting Methods, as well as Core Tools: APQP, PFMEA, and PPAP, from the same institution.
