Monica Ripa

Monica Ripa has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Monica began their career as an Industrial Engineer Intern at Sanyo Video Components in 2003. Following that, they worked as a Jr Quality Engineer at Autoliv Safety Technologies in 2004. In 2005, Monica joined Honeywell as an Industrial Engineer. Monica then moved to Heraeus in 2006, where they held multiple positions including Quality Engineer, Sales Engineer, Global Account Manager, and Product Manager. In 2015, they transitioned to Visicon Technologies, Inc as a Business Development Manager before joining Multi-Color Corporation as a Sales Executive in 2016. Monica's most recent role was at Vacuum Engineering & Materials, where they worked as a Quality Manager from 2017 to 2019, then as a Sr Manager of Sales Operations from 2019 to 2022 before being promoted to the role of Director of Sales Operations in July 2022.

Monica Ripa attended CETYS Universidad from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a focus on Industrial Engineering. Additionally, in January 2018, they obtained a certification as an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor from CALISO Corporation.
