Rachel Henderson has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Rachel began their career as a Quality Control Co-Op at Owens Corning in 2018, where they focused on improving quality and customer satisfaction. Rachel then worked as a Process Engineering Co-Op, contributing to production and problem-solving efforts. In 2019, they returned to Owens Corning as a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op, further developing their skills in operations. Rachel then joined Owens Corning's Furnace Engineering Development Program in 2020, gaining knowledge in furnace operations and conducting data analysis. Rachel later joined Tesla in 2021 as an Engineering Process Technician for Cell Manufacturing, where they troubleshooted and improved production processes. Most recently, Rachel worked as a Maintenance Engineer at O-I, where they managed a team, scheduled work, and collaborated with contractors to ensure equipment performance. Rachel currently holds the position of Process Engineer at Vacuum Engineering & Materials.

Rachel Henderson attended the University of Cincinnati from 2015 to 2020, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. In addition, they completed a minor in Chemistry during their time at the university.
