Marta Recasens Alsina

Marta Recasens Alsina has a diverse range of work experience. Since 2021, they have been a member of the International Women's Forum in Spain. Marta has also served as the CEO and co-founder of Vadecity, a startup focused on smart solutions for urban challenges, since 2014. In 2016, Marta became a member of the Management Committee at Vadebikebcn. Marta has also been a member of the Pact for Mobility at the Ajuntament de Barcelona since 2017. Marta's academic experience includes being a professor at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya since 2006 and organizing and presenting seminars on entrepreneurship and innovation. Additionally, they have held various roles at BCD Barcelona Centre de Disseny, including serving as a jury member and speaker. Marta's career has spanned multiple sectors, showcasing their expertise in business, academia, and design.

Marta Recasens Alsina has a diverse education history. Marta studied Architecture at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona (E.T.S.A.B) where they obtained a degree in Arquitecto. Marta also pursued further education in various fields such as Sustainable Mobility at BSM Barcelona Serveis Municipals, Leadership and Family Council Composition at ASCEF, Design Thinking and Emotional Management in Business Families at Cambra de Comerç de Barcelona, and Intensive LinkedIn Sales Course at Initec.

In terms of certifications, Marta obtained a certification in Personal Productivity Enhancement from APD and a certification in Personal Productivity Enhancement from the same institution.
