VÆRIDION
Martin Ascher is an accomplished aerospace engineer with a robust career spanning over two decades in various engineering and testing roles. Currently serving as an Aircraft Systems Architect at VÆRIDION since April 2025, Martin has previously held key positions at Lilium, where responsibilities included Principal and Lead Flight Test Engineer, and at Deutsche Aircraft, where Martin also served as Lead Flight Test Engineer and Avionics Engineer. Earlier experience encompasses roles at Bombardier Aerospace as a Flight Test Engineer, RUAG Aviation as an Avionics Engineer, Airbus Helicopters as a Flight Test Analysis Engineer, and Fairchild Dornier as a Flight Test System Engineer. Martin began the professional journey at Euro-Telematik as a System Analysis Engineer. Martin holds a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, obtained in 1998.
