Ad de Haas is an experienced professional in the food ingredients industry, currently serving as Co-Owner and Advisor to The Board at Vaess - Dutch Food Engineers since July 2011, and Co-Owner at D2 INGREDIENTS, LP since July 2015. Previously, Ad de Haas held the positions of Managing Director and Co-Owner at Ruitenberg Ingredients B.V. from February 1988 until December 2010, where significant growth was achieved by transitioning the company from a national supplier to an international niche player in specialized food ingredient concepts. Starting as Sales Support at Ekro B.V. from January 1985 to January 1988, Ad de Haas began a career focused on enhancing operational efficiency and financial management, following a degree from HEAO Zwolle obtained between 1980 and 1984.
