Albert Herb has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Albert started their career in 1996 as a Project Engineer at Formel D Group, where they were responsible for startup management. In 1998, they joined Klockner Moeller Ireland Ltd as the Head of Ordermanagement. From 2000 to 2005, Albert worked as a Senior Consultant at Wassermann AG. In 2005, they joined VAG Armaturen GmbH as a Change Manager, where they implemented and optimized logistic/SCM key performance indicators. Albert also implemented Kanban in Taicang, China, and established planning and forecasting processes between China and Germany. Albert held multiple roles at Jihomoravská armaturka spol.s r.o. (VAG Armaturen) from 2007 to 2016, including Head of Process Management, Head of Operations, technical Director, and Geschäftsführer (MD). In 2017, they became the Interims MD at Jihomoravská armaturka spol.s r.o. (VAG Armaturen). Since 2016, Albert has been working at VAG-Group as the VP of Engineering & Product Management.

Albert Herb attended Cologne University of Applied Sciences from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a degree in Production Planning and successfully completed their studies, earning a Diplom Ingenieur degree.
