Leonardo Nuzzi

Leonardo Nuzzi has extensive work experience in the engineering and hydroelectric industry. Leonardo is currently serving as the Managing Director/President at VAG Holding Brasil & RTS Válvulas, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Voith Hydro as the Director of Operations - COO BoM LATAM from January 2019 to May 2022. Before that, they held various roles within Voith Hydro, including Director of Operations from 2017 to 2019, Director of Manufacturing from 2014 to 2017, and General Manager from 2012 to 2014. Leonardo also worked at Voith Hydro São Paulo as a Quality Manager from 2007 to 2011. Leonardo began their career at Voith Siemens Hydro in 2000 as an Engineer and held various roles, including Manufacturing Engineer, Design Engineer, and Quality Engineer Coordinator. Leonardo also has experience in project management, working at Voith AG in 2005.

Leonardo Nuzzi obtained an Executive Education TGM degree from INSEAD in 2022. Prior to this, in 2006, they completed an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2001, they pursued a Master's degree in Production & Quality from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they completed in 2002. Leonardo Nuzzi's initial education began in 1995, where they pursued an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, which they completed in 1999.
