Zahid Sağıroğlu

Zahid Sağıroğlu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Zahid is currently a Co-Founder of Vagon since 2019. In their previous role as a Growth Hacker at SambaPOS from 2017 to 2019, Zahid played a key role in expanding the user base and developing relevant products and services. Zahid also served as the Director of Investments & Growth at The Next Ventures from 2017 to 2019, where they engaged with potential startups globally, managed investment processes, and supported high-potential startups. Zahid was also a Co-Founder and CEO of DriveMarvin, a data science-based driving evaluation and accident analysis startup, from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Product Manager at Ödeal, a fintech startup, in 2012. Zahid gained engineering experience through internships at ENKA, Aselsan, and Turk Telekom in 2011 and 2010.

Zahid Sağıroğlu holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Boğaziçi University, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015. Prior to their postgraduate studies, they completed their Bachelor's degree in the same field at Boğaziçi University from 2008 to 2012. Zahid also attended Hacettepe University from 2006 to 2008, pursuing a degree in the Faculty of Medicine - Medicine (Eng), although they did not complete this program.
