Arvind Tripathi

Arvind Tripathi is a seasoned professional in product development, currently serving as General Manager of New Product Development at VAHDAM® India since July 2024, focusing on herbal supplements and teas for diverse markets including the US, UK, and India. Prior to this role, Arvind held the position of Assistant General Manager at ORGANIC INDIA, leading product development initiatives across the US, Europe, and India. Experience also includes a tenure as Senior Manager at DöhlerGroup, directing beverage project management in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, and as Senior Scientist I at Mondelēz International, where responsibility included new product development for the Indian chocolate portfolio. Additional experience at Dabur India Limited involved research and development of various fruit beverages. Arvind holds a Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology from Amity University and an MBA in Operations from Sikkim Manipal University.
