Avi Aggarwal

Avi Aggarwal is a consultant at Vahura OnBoard. Prior to joining Vahura, Avi was an intern at Rajah & Tann Asia, Collyer Law LLC, and J. Sagar Associates. During their time at Rajah & Tann, Avi led research on key legal issues of force majeure for an on-going maritime case and actively contributed in drafting pleadings. At Collyer Law, Avi was part of the dispute resolution team where they were extensively working on legal opinions around an on-going international commercial arbitration case. As part of their training at JSA, Avi worked on key research areas of cross-border mergers, assisted in drafting and reviewing share purchase, share pledge and share subscription agreements, and drafted various legal opinions on corporate and securities law.

Avi Aggarwal holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Corporate and Financial Services from the National University of Singapore. Avi is also a certified company secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in BSL LLB from ILS Law College. In addition, they have a certification from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune in Diploma in International Business and Corporate laws of India.
