Ryan Littman has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Ryan currently holds the position of Vice President of Food and Beverage at VAI Resort since May 2023. Before that, they were the Director of Food and Beverage at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center from January 2020 to April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Sheraton Dallas Hotel from April 2018 to January 2020. Ryan has also held various roles at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort and Spa, including Director of Food and Beverage from June 2015 to April 2018, Executive Chef from August 2009 to May 2015, and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage from October 2014 to January 2015. Ryan Littman's earlier roles include being the Executive Chef at JW Marriott Starr Pass from November 2004 to August 2009, Executive Sous Chef at JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa from August 1997 to November 2004, and Sous Chef at Chicago Marriott Downtown from August 1995 to August 1997.

Ryan Littman attended the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts and obtained an Associates degree in Specialized Technology.
