Amy Felton

Amy Felton has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and total rewards. Amy most recently worked at Vail Health, where they held the role of Director of Total Rewards starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Manager of Total Rewards at Vail Health from May 2017 to July 2022.

Prior to their time at Vail Health, Amy worked at Vail Valley Medical Center. There, they served as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst from July 2016 to May 2017, a Senior Benefits Specialist from August 2013 to July 2016, and a Benefits Specialist from August 2012 to August 2013.

Amy's career in human resources began at Vail Resorts, where they worked as a Human Resources Specialist from September 2009 to August 2012.

Amy Felton earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Boston University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications over the years, including Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork in February 2020, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in March 2017, Group Benefits Associate (GBA) from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists in December 2015, SHRM-CP from SHRM in November 2015, and PHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2012.
