Jennifer Clayton, MSC, has extensive work experience in talent acquisition, human resources, and counseling. Jennifer currently works as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Vail Health. Previously, Jennifer served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at eLuma | Online Therapy, where they focused on recruiting and HR responsibilities.

Prior to that, Jennifer worked at Intermountain Healthcare as a Human Resources Talent Advisor, leading a team responsible for recruiting, coaching, and training in clinical services. Jennifer also held the role of Student Placement Coordinator, managing student rotations and internships, and maintaining relationships with local universities.
