Alex Hinkel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in reservations management within the hospitality sector, having worked at Vail Resorts since November 2010. Currently serving as Senior Director of Reservations, Alex drives the strategy and success of hospitality reservations for multiple locations, including Vail and Beaver Creek. Previous roles include Senior Reservations Manager and Senior Area Manager, focusing on owned and operated reservations departments. Alex's career at Vail Resorts also encompasses various leadership positions, where responsibilities included overseeing call center operations, developing reservation strategies, and enhancing customer service. Before Vail Resorts, Alex was the Operations Manager at Excel Boat Club, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional member service. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Tourism from Colorado State University.
