Emma Hay

Emma Hay, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Finance Manager at Vail Resorts since September 2021, following a tenure as a Senior Financial Analyst. Previously, Emma worked as a Senior Finance & Accounting professional at Vantage Data Centers and held multiple roles at Deloitte, including Senior Auditor and Audit Staff. Experience also includes positions at Royal Street Ventures as Program Coordinator for the Kansas City University Venture Program, Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Kansas School of Business, and intern roles at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and Hilton Worldwide. Emma holds a Master of Accounting from The University of Kansas School of Business, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The University of Kansas, complemented by study abroad experiences in Accounting and Spanish Language and Literature.
