Heather Lovell

Heather Lovell, PHR, currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer at Vail Resorts, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Heather worked in HR operations at Redpoint Financial Group and as Global Manager of Learning & Development at FareHarbor, where responsibilities included developing leadership training content and managing talent development initiatives. Heather has extensive experience in learning and organizational development from previous roles at Guild Education and Agile Partnering, focusing on onboarding, employee engagement, and facilitating workshops. With a background in office management and human resources across various industries, Heather also holds a BA in English and a Certificate in Elementary Education from Colorado Mesa University, alongside experience as a 7th-grade humanities teacher.
