Josiah Earwood

Josiah Earwood currently serves as a Talent & Culture Coordinator at Auberge Resorts Collection, a position held since July 2024. In addition, Josiah has been a Certified Ski and Snowboard Instructor with Vail Resorts since November 2021. Previous experience includes working as a Realtor at Mcdaniel Home Solutions from October 2019 to November 2022, and as a Human Resource Generalist with the CHAVES COUNTY CASA PROGRAM from January 2018 to November 2022. Josiah also worked as a Realtor/Housing Specialist at HOMESPOT Properties, LLC from May 2017 to January 2019. Josiah earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Eastern New Mexico University, completing the degree between 2017 and 2019.
