Laura Burgess

Laura Burgess currently serves as the Director of Talent Management at Vail Resorts, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions at the American Chemical Society, including Senior Manager and Senior Organizational Development Specialist, where responsibilities included designing and implementing talent strategies aligned with organizational goals. Previously, Laura served as a Senior Consultant at ASI Government and worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross in multiple capacities, including Public Affairs Officer and Deputy Head of Chancellery. Laura's educational background includes a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Spanish Language and Literature from the College of Charleston.
