Lydia Swatek

Lydia Swatek currently serves as the Director of Analytics and Technology for Procurement & Financial Shared Services at Vail Resorts, a position held since December 2020, following roles as Senior Manager and Procurement Analytics and Advancement Manager. Prior experience includes an analyst position at Vizient, Inc., where advanced Ad Hoc reporting and process improvements were key responsibilities, and a Production Coordinator role at Richmond American Homes, managing home production and budgeting. Lydia also worked as an Operations Administrator at Optiv Inc., facilitating an office expansion. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Science in Information Technology Management and a Graduate Certificate in Data Science from Regis University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Colorado Denver.
