Michelle Merx has extensive experience in sales and conference services, currently serving as the Regional Director of Group Sales and Conference Services at Vail Resorts since July 2015. In this role, Michelle oversees sales efforts across multiple resorts, implementing strategies to enhance sales performance and team productivity. Previous positions include Associate Director of Resort Sales and National Sales Manager, where Michelle focused on client satisfaction and revenue growth. Prior experience includes directorial roles in catering at InterContinental Hotels Group and Stonebridge Companies, achieving significant revenue increases, and managing various aspects of event coordination. Michelle holds multiple degrees from Johnson & Wales University, including a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Sports, Entertainment, and Event Management.
