Mike Brady

Mike Brady is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the criminal justice field and community service. Currently serving as Director of the Criminal Justice Division at Sabot Consulting since June 2012, Mike provides expert consulting services for the effective management of various correctional facilities and programs. As a PSIA Certified Professional Ski Instructor at Vail Resorts, Mike offers snow sports instruction at Northstar California. Additionally, Mike is an Advisory Board Member and mentor with the Anti-Recidivism Coalition, focusing on reducing incarceration and improving outcomes for formerly incarcerated individuals. Previously, Mike held key roles at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, where significant contributions included designing vital hearing processes and overseeing court-ordered remedial plans. Mike's commitment to community outreach is reflected in involvement with St. Ignatius Parish. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and various certifications in project management and fundraising.
