Tim Baker

Tim Baker currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Eastern Region of Vail Resorts, where responsibilities include senior leadership and business accountability for 26 resorts across multiple states. Baker's extensive experience in resort operations includes previous roles as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Crested Butte Mountain Resort and Senior Director of Operations for Beaver Creek Resort. Additionally, Baker held executive positions at Beaver Creek Resort Company of Colorado and Keystone Neighborhood Company, focusing on community operations and master association functions. Prior to entering the ski resort industry, Baker was a professional football player in the NFL, playing as a wide receiver and special teams member for several teams. Academically, Baker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business.
