Travis Ditota

Travis Ditota is an experienced Scrum Master and project manager with a demonstrated history of leading cross-functional teams in delivering innovative software solutions to enhance operational efficiencies and guest experiences. Currently at Vail Resorts, achievements include spearheading the development of proprietary scanning technology, leading the implementation of a guest reservation system during COVID-19, and enhancing inventory management through an integrated mountain bike rental system. Previously at Vistar, Ditota managed complex IT implementations and played a pivotal role in the launch of a B2C solution, contributing to significant revenue targets. Additional experience includes work at Floor & Decor, Look Listen, and Aptean, where project management skills were applied to optimize IT projects, implement Agile methodologies, and support strategic initiatives. Ditota holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from Kennesaw State University.
