Trevor Micklos

Trevor Micklos is the President of St. Luke's Warren at St. Luke's University Health Network, where responsibilities include business line ownership across a 10-hospital network covering various specialties such as orthopedics, sports medicine, spine and pain management, podiatry, rheumatology, and fitness services. Trevor also holds the position of Vice President of Network Operations and previously served as Service Line Administrator for Musculoskeletal Services. In addition to healthcare leadership, Trevor has served as an Alpine Race Coach for the United States Ski and Snowboard Association since December 2004 and held multiple leadership roles at Coordinated Health, including Director of Operations and Regional Manager overseeing the Northeast Region. Trevor's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing from Lehigh University, an MBA in Health Care Administration from Moravian University, and a Lean Healthcare Certificate from Belmont University, along with certifications from the Emergency Management Institute through FEMA.
