Gary Jeffries is a Fellow of RICS and a member of the RICS President’s Panel of Experts, having qualified in 1992. They have a diverse background in property consultancy and economic development, with experience as Regional Managing Partner at Vail Williams and Managing Director at Hughes Ellard. As Chairman of the Solent Local Enterprise Partnership from 2013 to 2020, Gary was instrumental in advancing the regional economic agenda and securing a £150 million Growth Deal. Currently, they are pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management at the University of Reading and have previously obtained an MBA from the University of Portsmouth.
