Karla Canic Kolman

Karla Canic Kolman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial controlling and analysis. Currently serving as Regional Financial Controller at Vaillant Hrvatska since November 2021, Karla oversees financial activities for the SEE area, focusing on reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and operational analysis while collaborating with regional teams for financial guidance. Prior to this role, Karla spent over 12 years at Telemach Hrvatska, culminating in the position of Head of Controlling, where responsibilities included leading a team of analysts, tracking business performance, and ensuring compliance through audits. Karla also has experience in finance project coordination and various roles within Hrvatski Telekom. Academic credentials include a Master of Science and an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, as well as a finance degree from the Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb.
