Irma Kujovic

Irma Kujovic is an experienced professional in the customer service and digital sales sectors, currently serving as the Lead Contact Center Digital Sales at Vaillant Deutschland since May 2023. Prior to this role, Irma held the position of Head of Customer Service Hosting DE at IONOS by 1&1 from November 2020 to May 2023, and was a Team Lead Customer Service DACH at Nexus Group – Global from June 2016 to September 2020, where Irma also served in various capacities including Customer Care & Export and Account Managerin & Export. Irma began a career in photography as a Fotografin at Das Fotostudio from 2009 to 2013. Educationally, Irma completed studies at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2017 to 2021, and earned a degree as Groß und Außenhandelskauffrau from Nexus Technology GmbH between 2014 and 2016.
