Mart Mäe

Mart Mäe is the current Country Manager for Vaimo International at Vaimo. Prior to this, Mart was the Country Manager for FIIZY from December 2020 to April 2021. Before that, Mart worked at Microsoft from July 2018 to April 2020 where they were the Regional Director and Business Group Lead for the Intelligent Cloud.

Mart has extensive experience in developing finance markets and has a keen focus on increasing revenue growth. Mart has performed competitive analysis and market research to determine the strengths and weaknesses of competitors within a market. Mart has also aligned all sale strategy and marketing plans with company mission, vision, and set objectives.

Some of Mart’s key achievements include developing an execution plan drilled down to market and customer needs level to ensure the required impact with customers, introducing strategic and tactical action plans to increase 70% YOY growth, and researching current market trends and devising a plan to meet customer requirements.

Mart is also a board member of the Estonian association of information technology and telecommunication and supports the creation and implementation of the Estonian AI strategy at government level.

Mart Mäe has a Masters in Interactive Media and Knowledge Enviroments from Tallinn University, as well as a Certification from Microsoft in Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals. Mart also has a Certification from ISACA in CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor.

They are on a team with Olga Gutenko - Head of Technology Services, Krister Lenman - CFO, and Markus Åberg - Chief Commercial Officer. Their manager is David Holender, CEO & Co-Founder.
