VaitGroup Oy was established in 2017 to address telecommunications challenges. We envisioned  a virtual solution combining AI and human expertise as a solution to these challenges . The company was founded by two leading telecommunications experts and the major shareholders are "Kraama Consulting Oy" and "Five Talents Oy." Virtual teleassistant (VTA) is used for various contact services. It recognises and can respond appropriately to speech. It is trained by a voice actor to sound authentic. It can also record information from conversations.
