Anjum Shahzad

Anjum Shahzad has been working in the technology industry since 2007. Anjum began their career at Flying Technologies as a Senior Flex/Actionscript Developer, where they designed the front-end architecture for a J2EE compliant web-based system. In 2011, they joined Al Taqnyah Business Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer (Adobe Flex), and worked on the eNotary System for Dubai Courts. In 2012, they moved to Saudi Business Machines - IBM GMSR as a Senior Web Consultant, where they worked on the Domestic Sales Customers Dashboard for Saudi Aramco. From 2013 to 2022, Anjum worked at Vaival Technologies LLC, where they held various roles, including Chief Executive Officer, COO, CTO, Head of Software Development/Project Manager, and Senior RIA Developer/Team Lead. In 2022, they began working at BloxBytes as the Chief Executive Officer.

Anjum Shahzad obtained a BS(Hons)IT in Computer Software Engineering from the University of the Punjab between 2003 and 2007. Anjum also holds certifications from the Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) LUMS, including Program Leadership for Senior Executives (2022) and Problem Solving & Decision Making (2021). Additionally, they hold an Adobe Certified Expert Flex 4.5 certification from Adobe (2011).
