Milica Milanović

Milica Milanović has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Currently, they are a Product Manager at VAIX, a Sportradar Company, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at the same company from August 2020 to November 2022.

Before joining VAIX, they worked as a Property Host for an undisclosed company from February 2019 to June 2019.

Milica gained significant experience as a Business Analyst at Softmetrix from March 2016 to January 2019. During their time there, they worked on customizing SaaS platforms for clients in the US across different industries. Milica'sresponsibilities included analyzing customer documentation, conducting client meetings, creating projects and tasks in Jira Atlassian, and compiling reports on application development and deployment. Additionally, they were involved in QA testing and worked closely with a designer for graphical solutions.

Milica also worked as an Assistant Producer at To Blink Animation from January 2017 to September 2018. Milica briefly worked as a Business Analyst and Trainee at FinMetrix from October 2017 to December 2017.

Prior to that, they served as a Collection Department Supervisor at Bull Penny from July 2015 to March 2016.

In their earlier career, Milica worked as a Call Center Agent at Trizma Smartsourcing from December 2013 to July 2015. Milica'srole involved providing customer service support for US Embassy Visa information and appointment service center, as well as Australian scheduling center. Milica handled inbound calls, provided visa-related information, resolved technical issues, and offered support in English and Spanish.

Finally, they served as the President of AEGEE-Beograd, a European student organization, from December 2011 to December 2012.

Milica Milanović has a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics with Slovene Language, which they obtained from the Faculty of Philology from 2006 to 2016. Milica also participated in a student exchange program at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts, in 2008 to 2009, where they focused on studying Slovenian language and literature.
