Ilya Degotinsky

Ilya Degotinsky has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years, with their most recent position being a Senior Software Engineer at VALA Group since December 2017. Prior to that, they worked at LG Electronics for 12 years from March 2005 to December 2017, where they held the role of Senior Research Engineer/Project Leader. In this role, they were responsible for developing secure connection libraries, creating static analyzers and plugins, and developing security components for WebOS. Ilya also contributed to bug fixing, documentation, and communication with overseas colleagues. From November 2013 to August 2017, Ilya worked as a Lead Android Developer at RIDERS, where they were accountable for the development of the "Riders" Android application. Before that, they had experience as a Research Engineer at "CB Svetlana - Microelectronica" from December 2003 to March 2005 and as a Junior Research Assistant at Saint-Petersburg Government Marine Technical University Simulation Processes Research Laboratory from September 2002 to November 2003.

Ilya Degotinsky completed a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Saint Petersburg State Marine Technical University. Ilya attended the university from 1999 to 2005.
