Rami Suomalainen has a diverse work experience history. Rami began their career in 2009 as a Service Advisor at GoExcellent, where they provided customer service over the phone and handled customer register updates. In 2013, they worked as a Technical Customer Service representative at Optima Service Oy. Rami then transitioned to a role as a Customer Service Assistant at Mobylife in 2015, where they provided customer service both over the phone and in-person at the Samsung Experience Store in Helsinki. Rami joined Etera in 2016 as a Tester, responsible for testing various systems and products. Currently, Rami is working as a QA Engineer at VALA Group since 2017.

Rami Suomalainen began their education journey in 2005 at Heltech, where they studied printing press until 2008. Rami then pursued further education at Helsinki Business College from 2011 to 2013, focusing on customer service and sales. Rami's educational pursuits continued at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, where they enrolled in the Degree Program of Business Information Technology (BBA) with a specialization in Information Technology, from 2014 to 2017.
