Anja Salomone

Anja Salomone is an accomplished talent acquisition and management professional currently serving as Manager Talent Acquisition & Strategy at valantic since August 2025, after holding the roles of Head of Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at the same company. With extensive experience in resource management and consulting, Anja previously worked at SPECTRUM AG as a (Senior) Resource Manager, where responsibilities included developing a new department and implementing innovative processes.
