Anna Bernhart

Anna Bernhart has extensive work experience in corporate finance and M&A. Anna started their career as a Junior Consultant at PwC in 2005 and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2012, Anna worked at Valartis Europe AG as a Business Analyst and then as an Associate. In 2012, they joined Valartis Group as an Associate Director in Corporate Finance and M&A, and later became the Director of Corporate Finance. Anna also worked at Eastern Property Holdings Ltd. as the Corporate Secretary, Head of Investor Relations, and Officer from 2013 onwards. In 2016, they became the Geschäftsführer at Valartis (Austria) GmbH.

Anna Bernhart obtained their Master's degree in Betriebswirtschaft from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) between the years 2000 and 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Matura at Gymnasium Hollabrunn from 1994 to 2000. The field of study for their Matura is not specified.
