Sam Abdallah

Sam Abdallah possesses extensive experience in program management and curriculum development, currently serving as a Program Manager and Training Curriculum Developer at Valbin Corporation since July 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Site Manager and Scenario Curriculum Developer at IDS International, where Sam was responsible for managing multiple contracts with the National Training Center at Ft. Irwin. Sam has also contributed to counterinsurgency operations in Afghanistan as a Governance and Economic Development Advisor at ORBIS, and as Provincial Stabilization Director at DAI, where socio-cultural research and analysis were key responsibilities. Additional roles include leading research teams and providing strategic insights on Middle Eastern affairs, emphasizing the integration of military and non-military capabilities.
